These terms explain the basic rules for using Pristi Desktop, a Windows application by Ark.in. Pristi for Android is a separate product with its own Android Terms of Use — this page covers the Windows desktop app only.
Use Pristi lawfully and responsibly. You are responsible for reviewing generated text before sending, publishing, or relying on it.
Pristi is not intended for users under 18 unless a parent or legal guardian has approved the use of the service. You are responsible for activity from your device, account, and purchases.
Pristi Pro purchased on Windows is billed through Razorpay, our payment processor. Current plans are ₹100 per month or ₹1,000 per year (early bird pricing — may rise for new subscribers later). The chosen plan renews automatically until cancelled and covers Windows and Android when both use the same Pristi account — a Pro purchase on either platform unlocks both, and buying it again on the other platform is blocked automatically once you already have it. To stop a future Razorpay renewal, contact [email protected] before the next charge. Pricing shown does not include GST — none is currently charged.
Refund requests go through [email protected]; refunds, once approved, are processed back through Razorpay to your original payment method.
Activating Pro access after payment is currently a manual step handled by our team, not instant — if your account doesn't show Pro access shortly after payment, contact support with your payment confirmation and the email you purchased with.
Pristi may change, pause, or limit features to protect reliability, prevent abuse, comply with law, or improve the product. AI-generated or processed text may contain mistakes — you're responsible for reviewing it before use.
Pristi handles data according to the Desktop Privacy Policy. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data from the data deletion page, subject to records we may retain for billing, fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance.
